All welcome to our Open Garden Day on 30th August.

Please come along to the lovely garden at Gilmerton to see and support what our small local group of dedicated volunteers have managed to achieve over the last few challenging months, and enjoy a relaxing afternoon amongst the flowers and bees.

Social distances will be maintained at all times – it is a large outdoor space, and we will have a one way system in operation. People are very welcome to bring picnics, and we will have cut flowers, our own honey, and some garden produce from the veg beds and poly tunnel available in exchange for donations. Plus some delicious tray bakes and a raffle.

We are hoping to have a working model of a windmill (made by one of our volunteers) in action grinding some wheat from the patchwork project.

Hope to see you there 🙂
